The pronunciation of t is similar to the special “special” of Mandarin, except that the special “special” reads the fourth tone, while t reads light and short. t t t.
D and t can also be compiled into jingle to help memorize, for example:

Please note that the two cited dì di together, the second di is not standard, to be read as softly.
